You must be at least 18 years old and of the age of majority where you live to use CoreLov. By using CoreLov you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
You sign in with a secure link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your profile honest.
Treat others with respect. You agree not to: harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or solicit money; post illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative content; spam or scam; or attempt to move people off-platform to defraud them. Violations can lead to reduced standing, suspension or removal. Serious cases may be reported to authorities.
Never send money, gift cards or crypto to someone you met here, and keep conversations on CoreLov. We provide tools such as scam detection, reporting and blocking to help you stay safe, but these tools are not guarantees. You are solely responsible for your own safety, including when you choose to communicate with, or meet, any other user in person. Always meet in a public place, tell someone you trust, and use your own judgement.
CoreLov does not conduct criminal background checks, sex offender register screening, identity verification or any other screening of its users. We do not confirm that users are who they claim to be. You are responsible for taking your own precautions when interacting with other users. You understand that other users may misrepresent their identity, age, intentions or circumstances, and that CoreLov has no obligation and no practical ability to verify any statement a user makes.
Paid access is billed per day from $1 per day, processed by Stripe. You may pay once for a chosen number of days, or enable daily renewal, which charges automatically each day until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Paid features unlock reach and tools for your own activity, never additional matches or priority over others.
All payments are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including where you cancel your subscription, stop using the service, are suspended or removed for breaching these terms, or are dissatisfied for any reason. Cancelling only stops future charges; it does not refund any amount already paid.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. If you are suspended, you will be told why and may appeal, and eligible accounts are reinstated automatically when conditions are met.
CoreLov is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, the accuracy of any profile, or the conduct, identity or intentions of any user.
You use CoreLov at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using the service and with any interaction, communication, relationship or meeting with another user, whether online or in person, and whether arising before or after a match is made.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corecompanionship, together with its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, is not liable for any effect, loss, damage, injury, liability, cost or negative incident, consequence or circumstance of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential, arising out of or relating to your use of the service or your interactions with other users, whether occurring before or after matching, and whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ten Canadian dollars, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Corecompanionship and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, your conduct, your interactions with other users, or your breach of these terms, of any applicable law, or of the rights of any third party.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to CoreLov, are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, you agree that the courts located in Calgary, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before starting any proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, any dispute, claim or controversy of any kind arising out of or relating to these terms, to CoreLov, or to your use of the service, that cannot be resolved informally shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered in Calgary, Alberta, in English, under the applicable Alberta arbitration legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, arbitration is the sole and exclusive forum for all such disputes for every user, the decision of the arbitrator is final and binding, and you waive any right to bring or participate in any proceeding in any court, including small claims court, and any right to a trial by judge or jury.
To the extent permitted by law, you and Corecompanionship agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class proceeding.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. The sections on payments and refunds, disclaimers, assumption of risk, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
